HBG Alliance Design Contest
Help us design the 2025 Harrisburg Board Game Day T-shirt design.
We invite artists, designers, and creative minds to design the official 2025 Harrisburg Board Game Day t-shirt! This is your chance to win $250 and have your design worn by board gamers across Central PA.
Theme
Board games + Harrisburg, PA. Your design must include the text: 'Harrisburg Board Game Day 2025.'
Design Requirements
Use any or all of these colors: Red (#ff0000), Yellow (#f7d210), Black (#252525)
Fonts: Roboto and/or Comfortaa
Submit a JPG or PNG file (10 MB file size limit)
The winner must also provide a production-ready format
Designs must be appropriate for all ages (no vulgar or distasteful content)
Who Can Enter
Anyone!
If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the design.
Prizes
1st Place: $250 + free t-shirt featuring your design
2nd & 3rd Place: Free t-shirt featuring the winning design
How It Works
Submit your design by May 31, 2025 at www.HBGAlliance.org
Our board will choose the top 2–3 finalists
The public will vote to select the final winner
Terms & Conditions
Submitted designs must be your original work.
The winning design becomes the intellectual property of the Harrisburg Board Game Alliance without further compensation.
You may not submit a design that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, and you agree to indemnify the Harrisburg Board Game Alliance against non-complying designs.
The Harrisburg Board Game Alliance may make minor adjustments to the winning design for production.
Generative AI art is not prohibited, but preference will be given to originally generated concepts.
Harrisburg Board Game Alliance reserves the right not to select a winner if, in the board's judgment, the submitted designs do not meet the contest requirements or align with the event's spirit.
